So here are some basic rules that'll apply to if you ever order from any of the designers here at Bubble Pop Designs.
-> Always link us at Bubble Pop Designs with a working link or link button. No link, no order.
-> When linking BPD, make sure it links back to www.bubblepop.snapbeat.org/designs and not the designer's page.
-> Read all the rules for the designer your ordering from, because they may be all different from each other.
-> Whatever we designers say, goes. As long as they have a valid reason. If you think they aren't being fair, email
